Vendors
The
ABA regulates vendors on the Front Street Promenade
in Avila Beach through a permitting process. To apply
for a permit an application must be submitted and approved
by the Board. The approval process takes into consideration
the priority of the application submission as well as
the product/menu of the vendor in relationship to other
vendors and local businesses.
If selected by the Board, the vendor will be asked
to enter into a twelve month agreement and pay the required
permit fee. The ABA will also require proof of health
department permit and liability insurance which names
the ABA and the County of San Luis Obispo as additional
insureds.
To apply for a vendor permit for the Promenade, please
download, complete and mail in the Vendor
Application.
At this time, we currently have filled all of the vendor
slots on the Promenade. However, please feel free to
submit your application which we will retain in our
records should any slots become available.
